TN Voices will host Minds at Work: Supporting Workplace Mental Wellbeing, an inaugural breakfast convening
business owners, executives, and human resources leaders from across the Chattanooga region for a candid
conversation on workplace mental health culture.

The program will examine how employee wellbeing affects productivity, retention, and organizational performance, with panelists describing strategies currently in use at their own companies. Attendees will leave with practical approaches they can apply immediately and a business case to bring back to their leadership teams.
