The Chattanooga Chamber is the community’s leading economic development organization, committed not only to business recruitment but to supporting the retention and expansion of our existing companies. Our existing business base is the source of nearly 80 percent of the new jobs in our community each year.

The Chamber’s existing business development team meets regularly with local companies to identify opportunities for growth as well as to help find solutions for challenges that may be impacting growth. The Chamber provides companies with a wide range of services, including:

1. Serving as liaison/ombudsman with local governmental agencies
2. Identifying workforce training solutions
3. Introducing businesses to state, local, and federal tax incentive programs
4. Providing confidential site selection support
