Business leaders play a critical role in the strength and future of the region.

The Chattanooga Chamber Foundation helps employers to develop and retain talent through two prestigious, best-in-class programs for early, mid, and late-career professionals. Leadership Chattanooga and Protégé Chattanooga provide comprehensive leadership training through experiential learning opportunities, peer-to-peer networking, and exclusive interaction with top community leaders.

Are you interested in learning more about your community and how you or your organization might meaningfully contribute to its success?

Leadership Chattanooga is the premier leadership-development and civic-engagement program for established professionals in the greater-Chattanooga region.

Since 1984 Leadership Chattanooga has positioned nearly 1900 civic, nonprofit and business leaders for personal and professional excellence through experiential learning opportunities, community service projects, and exclusive access to Chattanooga’s top leaders.

The program prepares existing and emerging leaders for responsible public decision-making and community service by identifying Chattanoogans with broad interests and leadership capabilities and placing them in an educational program to motivate and direct them toward achieving desirable community goals.

The Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association supports the program and provides its diverse alumni with additional opportunities for leadership training, networking, and civic engagement.

Recognizing there are many paths to business and community leadership, Protégé Chattanooga’s monthly mentor sessions provide mentees with eight distinct views of success.
