SpringHill Suites Downtown Chattanooga/Cameron Harbor Announces “Deck the Halls” Holiday Party Promotion

With the holiday season quickly approaching, SpringHill Suites Downtown Chattanooga/Cameron Harbor is helping local businesses and organizations celebrate in style with its “Deck the Halls” Holiday Party Promotion.

The promotion features pre-decorated meeting and event spaces, providing a festive setting without the time and effort of decorating. The spaces are ideal for company holiday parties, team celebrations, client appreciation events and end-of-year gatherings.

Event enhancements include audio/visual options for presentations, music and entertainment. Catering is also available through Scottie’s on the River, offering food and beverage selections for groups.

For organizations planning overnight stays, SpringHill Suites offers event-space discounts based on guaranteed room blocks. Groups booking more rooms may receive greater savings on event space, making the promotion an attractive option for holiday gatherings with out-of-town guests or overnight teams.

We will reach out to you to confirm the date of your Ribbon Cutting. Please understand there is significant interest in this program, and dates cannot be guaranteed until our Coordinator has contacted you. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.

  • Please visit the Chamber during business hours (Monday-Friday), no more than three business days prior to your event, to pick up your supplies.
  • Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by the coordinator.
  • Scheduling is based on availability and requires at least two weeks' advance notice.
  • A $150 security deposit check is required when collecting supplies.
  • Ribbon cuttings may be held after 3:00 p.m., seven (7) days per week.
  • Set-up, event coordination, and staffing are not included with this package.
