Carol Eimers, a senior corporate executive with more than three decades of experience in government relations and the utility industry, has launched Growth Development and Performance, LLC (GDP), a career and leadership coaching and organizational consulting practice.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Eimers combines real-world, hard-won experience and proven assessment tools to help leaders, teams, and organizations transform how they think about themselves, their interactions with others, and their opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

“My approach is simple, customizable, and practical. I don’t lead with frameworks and theories—I lead with purpose, questions, and honesty,” Eimers said.

After three decades of working her way up the ladder to a C-Suite executive, Eimers has learned that the best leaders aren’t the ones with all the answers – they are the ones who leverage their strengths to lead with clarity and confidence and bring out the best in their people.

Eimers, known for her multidisciplinary skill set, has proven herself as an effective leader in government relations, regional partnerships across multiple states, and operational and corporate strategy.

Eimers’ new firm offers career and leadership coaching and team development programs to clients across multiple sectors, as well as consulting on broader corporate and operational matters.

Eimers is active in Chattanooga’s civic community, serving on the boards of Chambliss Center for Children, Thrive Regional Partnership, and Chatt 2.0, and is a member of Chattanooga Downtown Rotary and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.
