
The INCubator is proud to host the third session of our Resilience Program: Sales & Systems That Scale, an in-person workshop designed to help entrepreneurs build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth and consistent revenue.
As part of our six-part Resilience Program series, this session supports founders across a wide range of industries—from service-based businesses to scalable sectors like health tech, fintech, logistics, creative services, CPG, robotics, and manufacturing. While many entrepreneurs excel at delivering their product or service, scaling effectively requires more than instinct—it requires systems.
This interactive session focuses on helping founders move beyond “winging it” and toward building intentional, repeatable processes that support growth without burnout. Key areas of discussion will include CRM and pipeline management systems, scalable customer acquisition strategies, repeatable sales processes, and operational systems that enable businesses to grow with clarity and consistency.
By combining practical tools with guided discussion, this session aims to equip founders with the structure and strategy needed to strengthen their sales approach and build systems that truly scale.
