Known for his ability to understand both the legal and technical aspects of a project, Gibbons frequently helps clients resolve issues through mediation and arbitration, while also representing private and public organizations in local, state, and federal courts. His practical approach helps clients save time, control costs, and navigate complex projects with confidence.
Keehan counsels clients on a variety of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, environmental compliance, commercial contracts, private securities offerings, and general business operations. She works closely with startups, early-stage businesses, nonprofits, and established companies on matters ranging from entity formation and contract negotiations to employment-related issues and raising capital. With a background in architecture and global sustainability, Keehan provides valuable insight on brownfield redevelopment, zoning, and environmental challenges affecting real estate projects. With more than 15 years of experience, Maddux advises businesses and financial institutions on insolvency issues, commercial loan transactions, commercial litigation, and financing arrangements. His extensive knowledge of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters enables him to effectively represent creditors and debtors in restructurings, Chapter 11 business reorganizations, and related disputes.
