The Chamber’s Talent Team accomplishes this goal through two primary strategies:

  2. Implement strategies to attract and retain skilled talent in community

In the Chattanooga area, education and workforce partners are equipping students and workers with the skills employers need today and tomorrow. From K–12 through higher education, institutions collaborate with global companies like Volkswagen and Wacker Chemie to prepare talent for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and back-office operations. These programs not only train future engineers and business leaders but also retool existing workers who are transitioning into new industries.
