In the Chattanooga area, a skilled workforce is critical to continued economic growth, prosperity and enhanced quality of life. The Chattanooga Chamber is committed to working with employers and community partners to strengthen talent pipelines and ensure employers have a skilled, diverse, local workforce.

The Chamber’s Talent Team accomplishes this goal through two primary strategies:
