Exciting developments have arrived at the INCubator, a dynamic program operated by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce. Located in the heart of Chattanooga’s NorthShore, the INCubator spans 127,000 square feet within the Hamilton County Business Development Center (BDC) and consists of about 50 local businesses.
At the INCubator, startups and entrepreneurs are provided with office space, training workshops, use of state-of-the-art technology and free on-site business counseling. Here, local innovators can find an affordable space to establish and nurture their businesses. Whether seeking the structured support of the three-year incubation program or a temporary workspace among fellow visionaries, the INCubator is here to meet these needs.
This year, the Chamber’s commitment to empowering businesses has taken a significant step forward. To further enhance the support offered to tenants, the INCubator has introduced an innovative co-working space, where business owners can come together for collaboration, team building, event hosting and more. The newly remodeled area seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor workspaces.
Outdoors, a covered deck accommodates a variety of activities, from casual gatherings to business endeavors. The deck serves as a versatile venue for hosting events, or just a peaceful place to take a break.
Indoors, the INCubator’s upgraded facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, board games, and space for relaxation.
Additionally, an 8-person boardroom is now available for private meetings and can be reserved by tenants as a professional setting for meetings and presentations.
