• Launched the Early Matters Action Plan 2025 which includes 32 strategies developed with input from over 600 community members to improve kindergarten readiness and 3rd grade reading and math.

  • Expanded the Chattanooga 2.0 backbone team to include the Director of Literacy and Student Strategy, Director of Viable Pathways, Director of Data Strategy and Impact, and a program assistant to increase capacity across the five focus areas: kindergarten readiness, literacy and math success, college and career ready graduates, postsecondary attainment and thriving wages for young adults.

  • Increased the Chattanooga 2.0 budget by more than five times from 2020-21 to expand impact and strategically fund leadership in early childhood, literacy and viable pathways.
