Michelle brings over 15 years of specialized experience in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and families, making her an invaluable addition to the team.
As a Tax Director, Michelle will focus on providing comprehensive tax strategies and guidance to HHM’s clients. Her extensive expertise includes preparing complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, estates, and trusts. She also offers estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax planning, helping clients minimize their tax liabilities through thoughtful and tailored planning. Michelle has worked with family offices and closely held businesses, guiding them through intricate tax issues and helping them achieve financial success.
Additionally, Michelle has significant experience representing clients during audits by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and has successfully coordinated field examinations. Her ability to navigate these complex processes with skill and professionalism makes her a trusted advisor for clients facing high-stakes tax matters.

Bailey Butler has joined the Memphis office as a Supervisor in the Management Advisory
Services (MAS) department, where she will focus on business valuations, forensics, and litigation support services. Bailey serves as an adjunct professor at Rhodes College and is a graduate of Mississippi State University. Griffin Tucker has joined the Cleveland office as a Senior Accountant in the Audit department. Rylee Arp has been added as a staff accountant in the Chattanooga office, and Harsh Tawade has joined the Pensacola office as a staff accountant.
