the addition of two new senior managers, Taylor Odenbaugh and Philip M. Gonzales, to its leadership team,
alongside several new staff members across its offices in Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Memphis, Tennessee.

Taylor Odenbaugh, Audit Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the accounting field, Taylor Odenbaugh joins HHM CPAs as an Audit Manager.
Specializing in auditing and attestation services, Taylor will lead audits for a broad array of clients, including
governmental entities and nonprofits. Her expertise spans all stages of the audit process, from planning and
execution to providing strategic insights on financial reporting and internal controls. Taylor’s ability to navigate
complex audit engagements and her commitment to continuous professional development ensures that her clients
will receive up-to-date guidance in the ever-evolving accounting landscape.

Before joining HHM CPAs in 2025, Taylor served as the sole Audit Manager at a public accounting firm in Louisiana,
where she refined her skills in managing intricate audit processes and leading client engagements. Taylor holds a
B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.

Philip M. Gonzales, Audit Manager

Philip M. Gonzales brings 11+ years of experience to HHM CPAs, specializing in nonprofit and governmental auditing
services. As an Audit Manager, Philip will lead audit engagements, ensuring clients meet compliance requirements
while providing valuable insights into financial reporting and internal controls. His experience in both financial and
performance audits enable him to deliver tailored solutions for clients navigating complex regulatory environments.

Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Philip held various roles, including Audit Manager and Assurance Supervisor, where he
developed deep expertise in auditing nonprofit and governmental entities. His background spans both the public and
private sectors, giving him a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and compliance issues. Philip is a
licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame, as well as a Certificate in
Accounting from the University of Louisville.

HHM CPAs is also pleased to welcome several talented staff members who bring diverse experience to the firm.
These professionals will contribute to the firm’s ongoing commitment to providing superior audit, tax, and client
services.

In the Chattanooga office, the firm is welcoming new staff accountants Alyssa Love, Ashley Cabrera, Carter Edge,
Kimberly Parker, and Raegan Peters. The Cleveland office welcomes Amanda Steffes as a staff accountant. The firm
also welcomes Caleb Williams and Hollie Janovich as staff accountants in the Memphis office.
