Talent Retention

To help people better connect to each other and the region, the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation supports unique, standalone programs to promote and enhance business and community leadership, professional development, networking and community involvement.

Are you a young professional looking to get involved and make a difference in your community and your company?

Young Professionals of Chattanooga (YPC) is the place to connect, develop and advance Chattanooga’s diverse group of young talent (ages 21 – 40) through social, professional, and volunteer opportunities.

YPC develops the infrastructure and programs for diverse, young talent to find inspiration, improve their community, advocate for their passions, and deepen their personal and professional connections.

To achieve this, YPC supports efforts that:
  • Promote networking and build engagement among young professionals;
  • Offer professional development opportunities for Chattanooga’s early-to-midcareer workforce;
  • Recognize younger talent for their contributions and accomplishments;
  • Showcase Chattanooga as a dynamic community for emerging leaders.

There is currently no cost to become a member of YPC.
